Do hours expire?
No. The 30-hour block never expires β use them whenever you need. The 1-hour quick fix should be used within 30 days of purchase.
What’s your response time?
We respond within 4 hours during business hours (MonβFri, 9amβ5pm). Most requests are acknowledged within the hour.
What if a task takes less than an hour?
For the 30-hour block, we track time in 15-minute increments. If it takes 20 minutes, that’s all we deduct. No rounding up to the hour.
Can I use support hours on any website?
Hours can be used on any WordPress site we have access to. If we didn’t build it, we may need a bit of familiarisation time first.
